[1] [2] [3] [4] User appears to be purposefully editing while logged out in order to evade scrutiny and edit war, sometimes over very ridiculous content, despite being warned on more than one occasion not to. Sro23 ( talk) 13:00, 11 September 2016 (UTC)

User has been making unconstructive edits to the Naruto lists by deleting content with episode summaries without explanation and making it hard to read ( [5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11]). All of these edits geographically locate to the same location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (the sockmaster says he's from Toronto, Canada, which is near Mississauga). I think this user has a WP:COMPETENCE issue. I'll find some more evidence as it develops. Lord Sjones23 ( talk - contributions) 03:25, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

Rectify 54 has been warned (and even blocked) many times in the past about disruptively editing logged out. The IP is in the same location as previous IP's in the archive (Scarborough) and intersects often with Rectify 54 (see [12], [13], [14] [15]). IP was blocked today for 31 hours due to this, and I believe Rectify 54 is currently evading his IP block because immediately after, he made similar changes to the same article: [16]. When edits are challenged, Rectify 54 switches to IP and attempts to reinstate edits. Frequently on anime-related articles, but came to my attention through film articles, where edits frequently result in a slew of grammatical errors or overly awkward prose, and Rectify 54 edit wars to keep their preferred version intact. Most recent example at Digimon Fusion: [17] [18]. User has been blocked for this exact behavior three times before, and shows no sign of having changed behavior; not sure why they received only brief blocks in the past, but I would suggest an indef for the master is now in order. The master has received multiple warnings and escalating blocks for editing logged out. The behavior here is obvious. Blocked the master indefinitely and the IP for three months. Closing.-- Bbb23 ( talk) 16:59, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
IP showed up exactly two days after the master account was indeffed. Geolocates to the same Ontario area as the previous IP accounts. Editing overlaps heavily with Rectify 54, including this ongoing attempt to downplay the lede of an actress's article: [19]. Grandpallama ( talk) 11:02, 29 November 2018 (UTC)

Yet another IP used for block evasion; I'm getting the sense this is going to be an ongoing problem with this user, despite the supposed remorse on the talkpage and the request for an unblock. Returned today (after only 1 earlier edit) just to restore wording of Rectify 54. [22] [23] [24] Grandpallama ( talk) 18:19, 30 November 2018 (UTC)

More IP socking from this user. IP's edits almost exclusively restore previous edits made by the Master or previous socks, and the editing is confined to pages that were of interest to Rectify 54. Grandpallama ( talk) 16:20, 14 January 2019 (UTC)

Rectify 54 has moved to a new IP. Once again, restoring edits made by the master, only editing articles the master edited. There has been a significant change, though. Previously all the IP socks were geolocated to Ontario, but now they're getting located to Florida. I don't know if the user moved, or what, but these are also previously existing IP accounts. You'll note that in both this case and the last that I filed, it was an IP coming back to life after being unused for a period of months, and that Rectify's areas of interest and editing patterns are distinctly different from the older IP edits. Not sure what that's all about, but maybe a more experienced SPI admin will know what's going on. Grandpallama ( talk) 16:18, 16 January 2019 (UTC)

Same editing pattern and interests as the master and socks (films and manga/anime), revisiting many of the same articles as previous socks (over a lengthy period, suggesting this IP is stable for the master); this edit (all of the IP edits to that article and talkpage, actually) to the master's pet project pretty well seals the deal.
