The dubious page Brajesh Rajak was created by the original and then the other 2 editors pretty much only edited this article. The names are also too eeryily similar as theyre all indian names with 3 numerals following. Seems like theyre either the same person or his friends at school. can we checkuser? - I have just checked and the dubious IP User_talk:218.248.32.114 is from National Law School of India University where in fact the article originates. Think its case closed now.

The underlying IP is from a university, but it forwards headers, and the three accounts above share information that no one else on the university IP do. Althought there are other editors from the IP, in the past week, only the related editors above have used that IP logged out, so a medium duration softblock with account creation blocked may be appropriate.
