These accounts and IP's are clearly on a spree to promote Mubarak Muyika, even going so far as to create an article about the primary/elementary school he apparently attended ( Marell Academy) and trying to get all other Kenyan school articles deleted (see Radidoman's contribs). There are also some fake user pages in the mix. They have similar edit summary styles, indicating familiarity or pseudofamiliarity with Wikipedia conventions.
