Queercan is an account with a focus on two journalists and Daily Xtra, including Arvin Joaquin and the corresponding deletion discussion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Arvin Joaquin. IP is a SPA on Arvin Joaquin, Daily Xtra. At the AfD, both have voted - also see that both have put their votes in brackets, which is a odd thing to do. Another new user (DevonS32) just voted on the AfD, once again with the strange bracket-enclosed vote, along with a few other IPs.
