  • You claim that the master is "currently indef-blocked", but according to his block log he has never been blocked. There are no rules against editing whilst logged-out. As for the other registered account, I can't see any cross-over in editing areas, and that account hasn't edited in nearly a month anyway. There's nothing to do here. Closing. At the time, the user was supposed to be indef-blocked (as evidenced by the indef-block message on his user page) by OrangeMike but it appeared the block hadn't worked. I spoke to OrangeMike and he said that somehow the block didn't go through, but he decided to let it slide in the end. Sorry about that, it was an honest mistake.
