All three accounts appear to be essentially single-purpose accounts dedicated to disruptively editing two pages in all of wikipedia, that of Roger Bingham and Vilayanur S. Ramachandran (see Special:Contributions/Neurorel Special:Contributions/Edgeform Special:Contributions/Wagonlease). All three accounts show similar patterns of rare edits, making similar types of edits questioning the accomplishments of these two individuals, and only these two individuals. None of them have any information about themselves on the account page, and the only talk is between the three accounts. It appears that this is merely intended to mislead others into thinking that these are truly separate accounts. this would further suggest the user might is aware of the fact that this is in violation of wikipedia policies, and is making efforts to cover his/her tracks. Indeed, I would not be surprised that these three accounts use different IP addresses, but all within the same geographical area (for example, a home computer, a work computer, etc) in order to further throw off the suspicion of sock puppetry.
I first encountered neurorel on the V.S. Ramachandran page, which I have edited and watched for years, and then saw the more recent edits by Edgeform. Seeing these two new editors come to the same page, making similar types of edits tipped me off that there might be something fishy going on here, and it tipped me off to look at their edit histories, where I also saw the disruptive editing pattern on the Roger Bingham page. - Additional note: not only the selection of pages, but also the timing of the edits suggests that these might be the same person, as Neurorel began editing on the Roger Bingham page, and then began editing the V.S. Ramachandran page on December 27. Similarly, Edgeform began by editing the Roger Bingham page, and after Neurorel began editing on the V.S. Ramachandran page Edgeform did too, on January 23.
