There is a possibility they are different people both attracted here because of the Pollard campaign. There is also a possibility this is meat puppetry and the old account recruited the new because they were blocked. If I block based on a CU or meat puppetry, the master account has escalating blocks for edit-warring, meaning that an SPI block would have to be at least long-term if not indefinite. Thus, I'd like to proceed a little more cautiously.--
