Lostonmyway

81.101.7.190 has been repeatedly blocked as a sock of Lostonmyway/ Barrow65/ Barrow1965, the later two accounts which are globally locked due to LTA. The IP has recently resumed editing after a 1 year block expired, and engaged in edits which make it clear that it is HelpfulHens, another blocked sock of Lostonmyway.
The user has been attempting to (incorrectly) depict Ukraine and Moldova has having active membership negotiations with the EU on Potential enlargement of the European Union. (In reality, the EU has decided to open negotiations at some date in the future once certain conditions are met, but have not done so yet.)
Originally this was accomplished by the use of a WP:POVFORK on commonos (v4 of the image which has since been deleted as a duplicate), but HelpfulHens has been edit warring against a number of users to get these unsupported changes reflected in the primary version (v2) of the image. Once the changes were implemented to v2 of the imagae on commons, the IP immediately updated the en wiki page to use their preferred image. Given the timing of only a 2 minute gap separating uploading the new image on commons and usage of the image of en wiki, it's clear that the two are the same. Especially since this IP has been used in the past to sock by this user. See below for the timeline.
