Various IPV6 addresses (most recent one provided) editing articles about racing drivers and foreign language films, as per blocked user, geolocating to same areas of UK. Just putting this here due to [1] which may mean meatpuppetry rather than socking. Black Kite (talk) 19:17, 26 May 2017 (UTC)

Jvm21 was blocked in May for 2 months and his IP range, above, blocked for 3 months in the previous investigation. Fresh off that block, the user edits from their main account and then jumps to the IP account to continue the same style of editing that lacks scrutiny and continues with disruption. The last three blocks of IP edits have the same pattern as before - edits to foreign language film articles and motor racing. I will also notify the previous closer for their thoughts/comments. Jvm21 was indef'd by User:Vanjagenije about 18 months ago for abusing multiple accounts, and prior to this, they had multiple blocks for creating non-notable articles about racing drivers. Along with racing drivers, they also create articles on foreign-language films. They've also been blocked on at least three occasions for block evasion, while editing as an IP, based in Oldham or Rochdale in England ( one, two, three). Ressbite has the same MO. Recent edits show that on 18th April, they created this biography on an Argentine racing driver, and about 1 hour later, this article on a Russian film. All their page creations seem to be in these two areas, the same two areas that Jvm21 edited, and the same pattern of editing in previous sock cases raised about this user.
