Jgwilliams873 was blocked per this ANI and not communicating with others about WP:TAGBOMBING. Username JayDubya2005, which was created around the same time as Jgwilliams873 was reverting others and became much more active immediately Jgwilliams' block, is using the same exact tagbombing edits with the same exact edit summaries (including reverting to removed tags from months ago). They are almost also aways on bio subjects who have long been out of the spotlight and in no clear need or evidence of needing an update (some folks, once done with their reason for notability such as sports, like their privacy after all).
