This is a very weird one, the real master appears to be Faizanali.007 ( talk ⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser( log) · investigate · cuwiki) which is ultra stale (as are socks 2, 3, 4). All these are/were focused on semi-notable Pakistan related articles, including creation of draftspace articles by IPs and then the named accounts moving them over to mainspace. The main focus is/was Wasi Shah. I came across the mess via some disruption on Ponyo's talk page, the accounts all have copyvios in common as well as strange behavior on user talk pages (issuing AGF warnings and some other weird stuff, months or even years after said incidents - [1], [2] etc). I brought this up to Bbb23 and then Cyphoidbomb responded here regarding the mess, I then found this tenuous connection.
