This report is primarily to request a checkuser on Karina Battis. Stephanie J Stone and Sarah Marie T. were blocked long ago and are presented for historical purposes. I blocked Ingrid Rodrigues long ago, and she shortly returned as User:Stephanie J Stone. I first became aware of it when she tripped over a bug that caused ancient autoblocks to reassert]. Anyway, there in the public record, you can see that Ingrid and Stephanie shared Brazilian IP addresses. That's not saying a lot: behaviourally, they are obviously Brazilian, having extensive contribution histories in Portuguese Wikipedia ( Ingrid on Portuguese Wikipedia and Stephanie on Portuguese Wikipedia. I tolerated the socking for a while because it was apparent that the editor was attempting a clean start. Her behaviour remained unacceptable with continue socking under Sarah Marie T. ( talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) until I eventually reblocked.

Recently, Karina Battis has begun editing, with a nearly identical set of interests as Stephanie J Stone: articles on Disney Channel stars, specifically the third-tier starlet Bridgit Mendler, the prime focus of both Karina's and Stephanie's edits. One extremely obscure point of overlap: FDR Charts, a set of Ukrainian radio airplay charts. Stephanie created the article, and Karina has continued to edit it. It's a short history, so I don't think specific diffs are necessary. In an unrelated discussion that began today at WT:Record charts, I nominated the article for deletion. Katrina is the sole keep vote so far, saying that it seemed "prejudiced" to delete them. That struck me as being both an odd and familiar piece of logic. Going back, I find that Stephanie J Stone argued that I was warning her because I was "prejudiced".

So, there's the overlap: Bridgit Mendler fascination, interest in Ukrainian airplay charts, accusations of "prejudice" as my motivation. Normally I'd block behaviourally. What stops me is the lack of Brazilian content: Stephanie and Sarah both constantly used Brazilian fan sites as sources, and I'm not seeing that with Karina. Because of that difference, I'm requesting a checkuser to confirm. — Kww( talk) 04:48, 5 August 2013 (UTC) reply
