Suspected sockpuppets

Lets start with the easy part - Krzysztof Kapłon at IPN confirmed they are a sock of Historyk IPN. I will note this was "good faithed" socking (although counter to policy as not declared as an alt. account) - since they figured out by themselves their username may be problematic (IPN is an organization). They also admitted COI - diff. I gave both of these users a COI warning - [1] [2]. I also informed Krzysztof Kapłon of sock puppetry policy and ALTACCN and further pointed them towards PAID/DISCLOSE - diff.
The sole contributions of these WP:SPA accounts was to promote links to en.truthaboutcamps.eu - a website run by the IPN (to disseminate their controversial version of the "truth"):
- Historyk IPN - all edits were spam additions of links - [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10].
- Krzysztof Kapłon at IPN - all editing (with the exception of talking with me) - was adding links - [11] [12] [13]. And after they understood COI - an edit request on those links [14]
- John Wained showed up after the last edits by Krzysztof Kapłon, and also added links to this site: [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] [20]
Per WP:DUCK - this seems to be the same individual or closely related individuals with an affiliation to the IPN/truthaboutcamps. I'll note that John Wained registered and edited after normal office hours (as opposed to the other two who operated during normal office hours) - so it may be a different device/location - but I think the DUCK evidence is quite clear here. As I informed informed Krzysztof Kapłon of the sock puppetry policy and ALTACCN - this can no longer be construed as a good faithed newbie mistake if socking is confirmed here. Furthermore, if socking is confirmed here, then John Wained is purposefully circumventing PAID/DISCLOSE (which they understood should be declared - diff at Krzysztof Kapłon).
