  • This is a longtime disruptive editor that we don't have a proper SPI or LTA page for, I'm filing this mostly so that we have a name for this person in the future. I'm also aware of a few named accounts that were being disruptive around the recent ArbCom case; all were throwaways and I don't like any of their names, so I'm going with Gustin Kelly! Courtesy ping to Primefac, Zzuuzz, Mz7, AntiComposite - all of you have blocked and/or locked accounts related to this group. Suspected sockpuppets

As documented in this SPI archive, Gustin Kelly's socks had hounded me about my username at WP:RFCUN before. Now they have taken to disrupting the ongoing Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Extraordinary Writ to try and blackmail me to change my username [5] [6] [7] [8]. Posting abuse in my talkpage [9] [10] [11] [12]. Harassing ScottishFinnishRadish after they had revdel'd one these edits at RFA [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19]. Common behavior from previous accounts is to create a blank userpage and talkpage before beginning their disruption, in an apparent attempt to avoid scrutiny looking like a new user.

Today I got over 50 pings in various talkpages [20] [21] [22] [23] [24] [25]. They are all revdel'd but I can read them from email, they involve abuse against me and ScottishFinnishRadish. Note that Saterserge, Delapemahs and Banesshadsa were mentioned as Gustin Kelly's socks in the previous SPI report but were not checked, so I have listed them here along with one more Medalpagera. Epcotprimea was obviously created by evade Saterserge's block, Tamzin can confirm.

In addition to the list above, there are at least two more accounts with suppressed usernames [26] [27]. All accounts are already blocked as normal admin blocks. Considering the amount of harassment I, ScottishFinnishRadish and probably others have been receiving, I am requesting that all these accounts be checked so that the IP range(s) involved can be hard blocked. The only IP I know to be from this sockmaster is 2405:204:5701:B7ED:0:0:F4A:A0AC, which was from reverting similar posts in a short interval [28] [29].
