Similar name, only edited the same article which they both claim to have "found" the article Aybars İbak in draft space. The article was created by an IP address. - Only the sockmaster has edits on de: I think checks on dewiki should be conducted before we can lock it. (Mere attachment of dewiki SUL is not sufficient because it can be created for weird reasons when you haven't visited them) AFAIK dewiki has a rule of 'only conduct checks requested onwiki' so it might be a barrier to non-German speakers. — regards,

Draft:Aybars İbak is that it's mostly inhabited by

[2] and a version of
Aybars İbak in mainspace created by Meyar09micheal
[3]. They are totally different content. Could well be UPE and/or MEAT, but I can't call it socking based on what I see. Closing, no action taken. --
