Ec1801011 and JPratas just got blocked for edit-warring. Here is the 3RRN report. There is some obvious logged-out editing here, starting from that report being filed by an IP.

The best evidence is simply to look at the Fascism in Europe page history to see what these Brazilian IPs are doing. They are continuing reverts from where Ec1801011 left. On the talk page, the IP is simply continuing the argument from Ec1801011 [1]. Atleast one behauvioral cue is that both the IP and Ec1801011 are similarly using full punctuation in edit summaries.

The IP is also pretending not to be Ec1801011 at Talk:Fascism in Europe/Archive 1#Salazar's Estado Novo was NOT Fascist ("It was you who deleted Ec1801011's source"). One similar pattern in their talk page messages are very long sentences with a lot of commas in that thread.

I added all Brazilian IPs who only edit fascism, though not all of them have been used for edit-warring. Some of the IPs have already been editing after Ec1801011's block (even reverting JPratas who is also blocked) - so if confirmed he is evading the block. The user has responded at User talk:Ec1801011#April 2019. It is possible likely that the Brazilian IPs are another person who has a feud with JPratas and then jumped the bandwagon when Ec1801011 had a dispute them. In any case, whoever is behind these IPs is rather disruptive for edit-warring this kind of a controversial topic with so many separate IPs. -- Pudeo ( talk) 23:09, 20 April 2019 (UTC) reply

The IPs that have been doing true vandalism, keep on coming back with slightly different numbers.

  • information Administrator note the IP edits are too old, and the ranges they occupy are far too wide to investigate reliably. I see that the supposed master has not edited since this report was filed though their block has long expired; if you know that the issue is still ongoing then please file a new report with fresh evidence.
