A check of deleted user contributions ( [1] [2]) shows both accounts have recreated the article BlueStar Limited et al at or nearly at the same level as it existed before deletion, and both seem hellbent to keep it on Wikipedia by repeatedly recreating it after the speedy tag results in the article's axing. Dilip Ambastha also has a username warning tag on his/her talk page suggesting an account created to facilitate paid editing or an SPI account for an interested party concerned with its image on Wikipedia (original username was "Client Servicing"). Collectively, this dings enough bells to warrant a look & see on my end. Listing here for consideration. TomStar81 ( Talk) 13:51, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
