Suspected sockpuppets

- Many edits from both users are adding links/images to a handful of Chinese/Taiwanese companies into the general articles for product types or competitor products:
Jemejewele Tencent Tencent BYD Auto BYD Auto BYD Auto Luxgen. Other companies with similar editing style: 7 1 2 3.
Hemapemar: Tencent Tencent Tencent BYD Auto BYD Auto BYD Auto Luxgen Luxgen.

- Similar language in edit summaries.

- Jemejewele began editing on 5 April, at the same time as Hemapemar stopped... immediately after receiving a spam warning on his/her Talk Page.

Suspected sockpuppets

Repeated promotion of Chatime and Luxgen. See WP:COIN § Chatime. Specifically, Depaheqee re-inserted an image of Chatime into the Franchising article ( Special:Diff/905689261) that was previously added by confirmed sockpuppet Yugeyogit ( Special:Diff/859877243). Requesting CheckUser due to extensive prior abuse. —  Newslinger  talk 22:59, 15 July 2019 (UTC) reply

  •  Clerk note: - Depaheqee blocked as an obvious sockpuppet/UPE. In addition to multiple repetitions of actions of previous Didetaexe socks, including those mentioned above, behavioral similarities are glaringly obviously but I won't spell it out publicly. Depaheqee also almost exclusively edits articles that are hotspots for sockpuppets and UPEs - not necessarily reflecting being part of those same sockfarms, but indicative of fluffing up companies that appear to have been hiring people to edit. I am endorsing for checkuser attention because the last time Didetaexe was caught, they had many many sock and sleeper accounts that had not been noticed prior to checkuser attention.   • Newslinger is correct. Depaheqee is  Confirmed to Pepardiger ( talk · contribs · count). Also, the CU logs for Didetaexe and socks show that the IPs used are the same, so I think it's fair to say that everyone is confirmed to everyone, despite the staleness of the Didetaexe case. The only other account I could find in this check was Ketapasta ( talk + · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser( log) · investigate · cuwiki), which I've blocked without tags.  Clerk assistance requested: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Pepardiger needs to be merged into this case and those socks need to be retagged.-- Bbb23 ( talk) 00:41, 16 July 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Thank you, Bbb. Didetaexe is older than the Perpardiger account/case, so investigation history has been moved to this page, and archives have also been merged. All socks are retagged with Didetaexe as the master. Someguy1221 ( talk) 03:04, 16 July 2019 (UTC) reply

Active again, adding promotion of Taiwanese businesses including the usual targets BYD and Luxgen and going back into article history to restore a another confirmed sockpuppet's edits. It's been a long time since the last filing but I'm quite confident this is the same person. Same promotion of Chatime, Luxgen and other Taiwanese companies - see e.g. [1] [2] [3]/ [4] [5] [6], [7] [8]/ [9] [10] Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest/Noticeboard/Archive_145#Chatime.
