User:ElijahStone has only made 3 edits: (1) creation of David Nelson (Utah activist) article; (2) insertion of reference to this new article into the Template:CannonFamily template; and (3) some formatting cleanup.
Subsequently, ip 98.202.221.36 has been used to flesh out both the David Nelson (Utah activist) article as well the User:David Nelson user page.
Clearly, these two users and the ip are the same person.

The article David Nelson (Utah activist) was created by User:ElijahStone, who was blocked as a sock puppet of User:David Nelson. Since then, the article seems to attract a steady stream of IP edits and, recently, User:QSSVbibi6N76J. QSSVbibi6N76J is the named account with the most edits to David Nelson (Utah activist) (although a some IPs have more edits). QSSVbibi6N76J has also uploaded three images of David Nelson to Commons and created the category "David Nelson (Utah activist)" there. All of the IPs listed have primarily edited David Nelson (Utah activist) and some have also edited related articles. I have only listed IPs that edited the article since the beginning of the year. All of the IP are assigned to Comcast and connect back to Utah. It would appear that the only person who cares about David Nelson (Utah activist) is David Nelson. Since the IP seems to change so frequently, I feel it may be useful for a checkuser to look for other accounts in the 98.202.*.* range to check for collateral damage if a rangeblock is required.
