Cognoscerapo was blocked by Joy for "disruptive editing". An hour later, Cannot be detected was created and proceeded to respond to Cognoscerapo's block notice and vandalize the blocking admin's userpage. Bobrayner tagged Cannot be detected's userpage as a suspected sock of Evlekis, but it seems more likely that this is Cognoscerapo. Cannot be detected is already blocked indefinitely, but it's probably a good idea to do a CU to confirm who the master is. If it's Cognoscerapo, then they're WP:EVADEing their block so further administrative action against them might be necessary. TDL ( talk) 03:24, 7 December 2013 (UTC)

Sinbad Barron - I've tagged both and extended Cognoscerapo's block to indef. Cannot be detected was already blocked indef. I've copied this section to the SPI archives of Evlekis and Sinbad Barron.
