Malayalee0121: You have not presented any evidence that this is the same person, just that this user and these two IPs edit in the same topic area. That is
not against policy. Even if this were clearly CoachEzhupunna, it's not clear to me that this would be
sockpuppetry; editors are allowed to abandon their accounts and edit as IPs if they prefer, and I don't think that CE was in so much trouble at the time they stopped editing that doing so is clearly
evading scrutiny... I'll note, Malayalee, that they stopped editing after you threatened legal action against them. I would politely suggest you'd be better off leaving alone CoachEzhupunna and any IPs you think might also be them, unless they are very clearly doing something against policy.
Closing without action and
with prejudice against refiling, unless evidence of abuse materializes. --
