Samwalton9 has already blocked the first sock as a sock of the master, and the second sock as a sock of the first sock. (Presumably on behavioral grounds) after they engaged in an attempt to promote Marcus Owen Bell, a musician of dubious notability.
Several of these accounts made contributions both on Commons and on the English Wikipedia. Of those that made contributions to Commons ( Thefoundationofcareandprogress, Hoopdehoopa, and Thestatecenter), all of them uploaded the exact same image under one of two names (as File:Calmsurble11111.jpg for the first account, while under File:MarcusOwenBell.jpg for the other two). This image appears to have been used on the English Wikipedia in the promotional drafts and articles.
In addition to the cross-wiki coordination on Commons, several socks (Thefoundationofcareandprogress, Hoopdehoopa, and Statecenter) have repeatedly re-created drafts/articles that promote Marcus Owen Bell. The former two were blocked for this activity, while the lattermost one still has the article up at this present moment (see Marcus Owen Bell).
If these accounts are run by the same individual, this would appear to be a clear-cut case of block evasion, which is prohibited under our sockpuppetry policy. As such, I am requesting a checkuser investigate these accounts to determine the extent of technical connection between them, and to take appropriate action accordingly.
