Bensebgli is systematically removing maintenance tags and proposed deletions of articles created by Hanshingling. Same technique of refbombing with poor sources, and with book references without page numbers. Uncle Spock ( talk) 04:26, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
Responding to an ANI report I blocked Hanshingling on April 22 for disruptive editing in caste related articles (in particular, converting existing articles into redirects; creating multiple dubious "clan" articles"; not responding to warnings and comments; claiming to be an AI language model - at least some of their talk-page messages were clearly composed using LLMs).
Subsequently I blocked BonzonEllite as an obvious sock and today Doug Weller CU blocked Bensebgli, the oldest of the three accounts who had become re-active on many of the same articles.
Opening this pro-forma SPI to record these actions, to see if a CU check for other active/sleeper accounts can be run, or the accounts linked to a known LTA in the caste area. And in case future socks are created, as seems likely. Abecedare ( talk) 17:55, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
Account created a few days after the previous socks and the master ( User:Hanshingling, User:BonzonEllite and User:Bensebgli) were blocked. Twelve unrelated edits and then back to editing (the semi-protected) Hun clan article that was created and targeted by the two previous socks. And Oku Ali was soon creating other dubious "clan articles ( Maitrak, Pratihara clan, Kushan clan) like Hanshinglingdid did.
By the way, there are two other newly created, likely sock, accounts Khanjarref ( talk · contribs) wand Comboursa who are, in part, reverting Oku Ali's edits. Noting this here in case anyone has an idea of their sockmaster.
Pinging @ Doug Weller and Blablubbs: to see if a CU check can confirm sockpuppetry and look for sleepers. And pinging @ Re Packer&Tracker and LaundryPizza03: who have dealt with the previous socks, in case they have anything to add. Abecedare ( talk) Abecedare ( talk) 02:20, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
