I am prefacing this with I have no qualms with the user in question and I am doing this primarily to confirm further abuse that is self-admitted to have occurred, as I feel that this is what should be done.
On IRC, BarkingFish/Humblesnore was using multiple IRC clients, and goofed, resulting in his identity being known that the two accounts were connected. After it was discovered, BarkingFish came on Wikipedia and blanked his userpages, declaring himself a sockmaster [1] and his others as sockpuppets. [2] [3]. After doing so, he came to Meta-Wiki and asked for a global lock on his account, admitting the third name, Tmalmjursson, as a sockpuppet as well. It was declined because there was seemingly no abuse on the accounts he listed. [4] However, he stated on the request that he had more accounts, some that were blocked and that he long-term abused the site for over seven years, which he also admitted on en.wiki with two different IP addresses, also admitting to proxying. [5] [6] For this reason, I feel he should be checkusered, to see if he has accounts that have been used for abuse, accounts that are blocked and accounts that he continues to use. I have no need to defend myself against something I have admitted already is perfectly true. I've proxied into wikipedia through holes you'll never find, I've committed very tiny pieces of vandalism over a period of quite a long time, most of it before the Abuse filter was active on here, so a lot of it was missed, and had more than 20 throwaway accounts from multiple ISPs.
