@ Sabeelul hidaya: was vandalizing the article here by placing the tag here [1] , and i reverted his vandal edits, and he was threatening the other user here [2], and I warned him, which caused him to report.

I should make here a point to @ Sabeelul hidaya: that sockpuppetry investigations are not a tool to attack other users nor for your personal grievance.

Anyway, I'm open to investigations. Let the check user investigate.

I read through the article and the templates that were added by Sabeelul hidaya seem appropriate. Since the article is pretty promotional and non-neutral. That said, even if you believe the templates were wrongly placed it wouldn't make their addition vandalism. In the meantime it's rather ironic that your saying that sockpuppetry investigations are not a tool to attack other users or personal grievance when you opened one on Sabeelul hidaya here right after he reported you. I was unaware of these discussions un til just now I checked contributions of 'Atheist kerala'. Initially I also got confused seeing word Kerala in both User ID's but later I found them small edit warring too against each other.

Keeping other content dispute aside just for info, I had to intervene and request Atheist kerala & Keralafeminist both not to take their edit war further and they seem to have relented after request. Besides at early stage I informed talk page of both not to do any thing that will attract block including not to use more than one account.

The cu comment that I'm using a proxy is not correct. 1) I have moved to a different country now and am not in India anymore, as it is evident from my editing time, which is just opposite to Indian daytime. 2) I'm using wifi for editing and am using many free wifi available here.

@ Tamzin: I assume you mean in relation to the IP editor. Since that's the only thing I've really commented on. If so, in this comment the IP editor said "Just an FYI, @ Sabeelul hidaya: who started this tag war is blocked indefinitely for sock puppetry and vandalism." Atheist kerala is the only user that I'm aware of who has said Sabeelul hidaya was involved in a tag war or called it vandalism. So I doubt it would be anyone else. Anything evidence outside of that you'd have to ask Sabeelul hidaya. As I wasn't really involved in what originally led to this being filed. -- Adamant1 ( talk) 07:04, 7 February 2022 (UTC) reply

Given that the filer has been blocked as a sock, and the filing didn't provide much information, I can only really work with what I can find on my own. At a glance, their timecards are fairly different— Ak's reads well west of India, although more likely Europe/Africa than D.C. like the alleged IP sock, while KF's is consistent with being in India. Not sure how to square that with DJ's assessment, but maybe they were telling the truth about moving. Skimming the diffs, I don't see anything that makes this obviously socking versus two people with the same POV, but I haven't fully dived in because I don't really want to give too much legitimacy to a filing by a sock. Okay. Thanks, Adamant1. I don't think that there's enough evidence to block that IP. If they are Ak, then Ak gets up pretty early in the morning for a Washingtonian. But feel free to report them and ping me if more evidence emerges. As to the original filing, then, I see no reason to entertain this further. Both the timecards and the fact that the two accounts reverted each other cast doubt on the idea that this is socking, and there's no reason to believe that the filer was participating in good faith here.
