The IP-hopping editor has the exact same type of assertions to make as indefinitely blocked editor Arch1p1elago at Latin jazz articles, that Mario Bauza was the most important originator of Salsa music and Afro-Cuban jazz. There is also the same problem with English literacy and encyclopedic competency that Arch1p1elago demonstrated. What's the best option here, a range block? Same behavior from the same 174.xxx location on the same few articles: Salsa music, Latin jazz, Guaracha, Afro-Cuban jazz and Timba.
