Suspected sockpuppets

These two accounts are focused on many of the same articles. Note that although OyVey1944 is the older account, Qurtuva seems to be the "primary", with OyVey1944 showing up later when needed.

At Nikah mut'ah, Qurtuva is reinstating a heading about Zoroastrian practices: [1] [2] [3] And OyVey1944 is doing the same: [4]

At Talk:Nikah mut'ah, they are arguing similarly to each other, [5] and they both do not put periods at the end of their comments.

Both editors were focused on the article New Family Structures Study in August 2019, first Qurtuva and then OyVey1944 helping. [6] [7] Nearly all the edits of both these accounts at that article were RevDel'ed.

At Talk:New Family Structures Study, OyVey1944 specifically backed up Qurtuva and spoke in a similar accusatory style: [8]

At Messiah (American TV series), Qurtuva inserted "Reception" material: [9] And OyVey1944 re-inserted it 3 times: [10] [11] [12] They were also both trying to add a name in a certain way: [13] [14] [15]

They both have created very short user pages: [16] [17] And the latter claim that they are "just here from twitter" is highly suspicious.

I recommend indef for both, as aside from sockpuppetry, you can see from the material above that they add poorly sourced material to push their POV. See the various warnings on Qurtuva's talk page as well: [18]

All three users/IPs "suddenly" started posting right after the sockmaster's new socks got banned, on the exact same article ( Xwedodah) and its associated topics, reverting to the sock's contributions. After a short spell of editing in 2016, in which they created Aaron Hafeez, reappears four years later to do some major additions to Draft:Mohammed Hijab, which was created by Sweede's sock, Qayrawan ( talk · contribs). Adding two additional potential socks if I can, accounts that were just created and exclusively edited the following article [24], which the sockmaster targeted previously, also reverting to said sockmaster's original edit. Username is both Islamic and meme-y, which fits the trend of this sockmaster. Qahramani44 03:54, 27 July 2020 (UTC) reply

Another addition as well, this account with a relatively low edit count, most of which are focused again on the same article [25] that the sockmaster targeted before. Not to mention reverting the article back to the sockmaster's first edit [26], which goes on about things irrelevant to Zoroastrianism such as Shi'a Mut'ah (which is yet another article the sockmaster was obsessed over). I agree that is user is almost definitely a Sockpuppet with a pattern of clear abusive editing and he has instead accused me of being a Sockpuppet. I suspect he has more accounts including Orpheusxd, QawmLutGotMerked, Layafai94, Histoire des religieuses which all mimic his editing on the Xwedodah article. Lol, I'm being accused of a sock of an unrelated user because I removed copyrighted information. Qahramani44 is also lying. I reverted to the the revision by Diannaa see: [27]. The whole Xwedodah article was created by a sock [28], but an admin Patar_knight decided to keep it. (am I him too?).
The only other thing I'll say I'm from just incase I'm not confused for another unrelated user is I'm from Hyderabad, India. My city's IP range often gets rangebanned because of other users from the same city possibly vandalizing random wiki pages and my IP range gets caught up in it. Although once it's over I can post like normal again on my account, this is just so I'm not falsely accused. Group 1 are  Likely/ Confirmed to each other but Red X Unrelated to the latest confirmed sock in the archive for AntiRacistSwede and probable to a different unnamed master:

Layafai94 may be AntiRacistSwede and is in the same large general area but nowhere near group 1 (different continents).

 Checkuser note: I would like another checkuser already familiar with this case to check Layafai94 against previous AntiRacistSwede socks. Maybe one of the other checkusers will have that info. If you want to try to name the master for group 1, be my guest. I am going to block them all in the meantime. A clerk may want to relist this.

  • As far as I can tell, Lamazeva ( talk · contribs) et al are entirely their own group and are Red X Unrelated to anybody else. However, I don't want to start a fishing expedition and just check random other sockmasters to see if these accounts could belong to them, so the check on Group #1 isn't particularly exhaustive.
