Suspected sockpuppets

Both accounts are pretty much single purpose accounts to just one article, Eugene Thuraisingam. There's just way too many diffs to point out, but the revision history of the article, their contributions and the edit interaction analyzer speaks for itself.
They have also on numerous occasions added puffery edits and subsequently remove COI tags without explanation, which leads me to think that it is someone closely connected or is the individual itself of the article. It's also worth a mention that all of the imagery was uploaded by TheFallible on commons claiming to be the copyright holder. Otterslort ( talk) 12:54, 10 September 2021 (UTC)

- Judging from the edit summaries: Could be sockpuppetry, but looks more like two people with the same COI. Of course, in some cases that is tantamount to sockpuppetry, but we would need to see some evidence of trying to manipulate consensus or the like. @ Otterslort: I see you've warned them both for COI, and I think that's the best path to pursue if issues persist here. However, if you do find evidence suggesting that they're the same person (rather than people with the same COI), or if this turns into abusive tag-team editing, feel free to re-file and ping me.
