The master IP was blocked from article space for one year on 24 June. The 84.66.90.166 IP is similar to the one at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/195.225.189.243/Archive#04 February 2024. There is also the issue of this edit by 84.66.90.166 at Carole Ann Ford, followed by this edit by 195.225.189.243 attempting to add similar content. There's identical edits by 195.225.189.243 and 84.66.90.166 at Myfanwy Talog. And identical edits by 195.225.189.243 and 84.66.90.166 at Peter Halliday.
