Sockmaster previously blocked for WP:NOTHERE. When the block expired, they began posting in this ANI thread antagonizing the OP. They were blocked for 2 weeks by User:Firefangledfeathers.

After, the two above IPs showed up, geolocating to the same location (Seoul) and displaying the same behavior (condescending and antagonizing ObsidianSoul) as their first edits.
