User:國冬禮 created the article Liu Gang, which has also been expanded by the newly created User:Historysalon [1]. Historysalon's first action was to create the article Guo Dongli, whose name in Chinese is exactly the same as the Wikipedia User:國冬禮. After failing to find significant coverage on the person, I PROD'ed the article [2], which was promptly de-PROD'ed by yet another newly created User:AOIT2014 [3], who seems to be unusually familiar with Wikipedia policies for a new user. The user then proceeded to make an edit on Liu Gang [4].

I then started an AfD for Guo Dongli. Unsurprisingly, the article's creator Historysalon voted keep. Just an hour later, the IP 108.83.17.57 added another keep vote. However, looking at the global contributions of 108.83.17.57, one would find an edit on Liu Gang [5] and that the IP was the main creator of content of zh:劉剛 (民運人士), the Chinese version of Liu Gang. The three named users and one IP are likely the same person, possibly Guo Dongli himself, whose main interests are Liu Gang and Guo Dongli. Zanhe ( talk) 05:16, 30 August 2014 (UTC) reply
