Галай Артём ( talk · contribs) was indefinitely blocked on 22 March as a result of this ANI thread for creating poorly sourced articles and not responding to concerns about this. Another concern was them writing gibberish in almost all their edit summaries. The account PolskaTop ( talk · contribs) was created the next day on 23 March and started creating drafts in the same topic area with the same gibberish edit summaries.
