I am NOT a party to this dispute. I have just been trying to help have a rational process in place, including using Wikipedia guidelines and processes. My recollection of the history is not clear and thorough but the gist of it is as Thargor Orlando describes. North8000 (

Decline per Thargo Orlando. Also, since this merely involves excluding frivolous, contentious material rather than dealing with policy violating material currently present in an article, arbitration isn't required. The lack of consensus for adding it should be enough to settle the issue.

Decision of the Mediation Committee
This section should only be edited by a mediator. The Mediation Committee's representative will indicate in due course whether the request is
accepted (meaning a mediator will be assigned) or
rejected (meaning you will have to try a different type of dispute resolution). If the mediator asks you a question in this section, you may edit here.
Reject. Several parties do not agree with mediation. There would need to be agreement of the parties to mediate in good faith before we could proceed. For the Mediation Committee
