Can anyone help me make this page more legitimate? I have the sources and references, but I really don't know what to say about the label. I am also not sure if I should add pictures or not.

Hi, I just posted a new page for which I invite feedback. I intend to continue adding and 'cleaning up' references, and welcome suggestions. Also, I don't think it would be a conflict of interest, but Dr. Chambers (who designed the DAST) was an instructor of mine in college many years ago, and I have kept in touch with him.

I thought it would be helpful to review this new article since I have a potential conflict of interest and am a newbie on editing. I'm a full time sustainability researcher since 2001. My website is at Thwink.org.
A few years ago I added a new section to the Sustainability article on "The phenomenon of change resistance." This was then expanded and changed considerably by others. Eventually it was deleted because it had become "disorganized."
Last year I was fortunate enough to have a paper published on the subject in a peer reviewed journal, the System Dynamics Review. The paper is titled Change resistance as the crux of the environmental sustainability problem.
Given the serious difficulty we are having solving the sustainability problem, I thought it would be useful to add an article on change resistance. So I wrote this article. I've tried to use a neutral point of view, but I'm sure I've fallen short, since I have inherent bias and am such a beginner in writing articles. I've read many Wikipedia articles and have tried to adopt their style. I've also read Help on editing and the importance of NPOV.
After we improve the article, my plan is to add this to the Sustainability article in the "Principles and concepts" section:
I've tried to keep this addition as clear and as small as possible.
Thanks,
Jack Harich

Hi: I was wondering if someone could review it and let me know if any improvements are needed. I would be grateful if you could also remove the review tag if you find it is OK. Thanks in advance.
