There is a clear consensus to allow or disallow the username in question

subst:rfcn bottom}} at the end.
If the result is disallow, then block the username and notify the user on their talk page with a link to the discussion.
If the result is allow, then notify the user on their talk page with a link to the discussion. You can use the {{
subst:UsernameAllowed}} template for this purpose if you wish.
If the result is a speedy disallow, meaning the name was a blatant violation that should have simply been reported at
WP:UAA, the entry should simply be removed from the page and not archived.
Leave the closed case on
WP:RFCN for a few days so users may see the results, with the exception of blatant violations that have already been blocked.
When removing the case from
WP:RFCN, list it on the
archive pages according to the instructions given there.
Non-admins may assist in cleanup and maintenance of this page by closing cases which have already been addressed (such as cases where the user is already blocked via another venue) or archiving old, closed discussions.
