Logitech95

  • Supporting evidence:

Logitech95 was blocked for his disruptive editing [1] [2] in July and an admin imposed a topic ban to him not to edit Japan-Korea related articles for 2 months with his 2 weeks-period block. Along with it, Logitech95 was banned from editing his static school IP indefinitely. [3] Moreover, he evaded his block sanction with using sock accounts so that his block duration was extended to one month. According to the probation, he should have not edited J-K articles until Sep.27 and his block was expired on Aug. 27. However, Logitech95 has broken his probation during the sanction many times as evading his block sanction such as List of war apology statements issued by Japan [4] Per the history of his sockpuppetry, he may have more sock accounts under the IP to get away from his sanction. Since his block, he stopped to use, the account Logitech95, but the static IP seems to be used only by him per its contribution; Korea or Japanese related articles. Now, his edits have shown that he goes back to his disruptive editing.-- Caspian blue 20:55, 24 November 2008 (UTC) reply

Edits from Logitech95 are  Stale by this point; at this time, 128.120.161.137 shows no activity from logged-in user(s) during the recorded period. – Luna Santin ( talk) 20:48, 28 November 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Question: What does "the recorded time" mean? You meant his block duration or until now? He is not supposed to create socks.-- Caspian blue 22:38, 28 November 2008 (UTC) reply
The server doesn't log this sort of information indefinitely; I can see back several months, but not beyond that. – Luna Santin ( talk) 23:27, 28 November 2008 (UTC) reply

Logitech95

  • Introducing original research, breaking Liancourt Rock Arbcom rule, wiki-stalking etc. are not tolerable. -- Caspian blue ( talk) 11:42, 7 July 2008 (UTC) reply
  •  Additional information needed How does this situation fall under either "ongoing, serious pattern vandalism with many incidents" or "vote fraud, closed vote, fraud affects outcome"? The article is protected now and Logitech95 is blocked -- I don't see what you want CheckUser to show. Sam Korn (smoddy) 13:16, 7 July 2008 (UTC) reply
    • Comment: If you see his contributions (he just created his account one months ago), he does all the aformentioned things. At that time I was preparing the report, Logitech95 seemed not to violate 3RR if we do not consider other sock ips. But he kept reverting, so finally the report has the 9 revert by him and alleged socks.-- Caspian blue ( talk) 13:23, 7 July 2008 (UTC) reply
    • Here are warnings from admins [6] [7] [8] -- Caspian blue ( talk) 13:26, 7 July 2008 (UTC) reply
      • I really don't see vandalism or vote fraud. If you actually wanted a case for 3RR, the code letter is E (see table at top). I don't see it as necessary as Logitech95 is blocked and the page is protected. Incidentally, those IPs appear to come from different parts of the country (California and Pennsylvania). Sam Korn (smoddy) 13:48, 7 July 2008 (UTC) reply
        • Oh, I put the wrong code, so fix it now. Well, I did not expect the block of him/her would go fast like that. -- Caspian blue ( talk) 14:13, 7 July 2008 (UTC) reply
  •  Confirmed that Logitech95 is 128.120.161.137. I don't see how the ArbCom case is relevant here -- obviously it is related but the general probation only applies to the article Liancourt Rocks itself. I make this confirmation because there has been significant "tag-team" edit-warring with the account and the IP address.
  • 68.32.196.69 is Red X Unrelated.
