Confirmed. That FireyFireMan is Karmafist. He's also been creating lots of socks, and tagging their user pages with false sockpuppet tags (e.g. Zephram Stark, Primetime, Bobby Boulders, Word Bomb).

The user has made claims off-wiki ( here) that they are using a sockpuppet (listed above) in attempt to cause major harm to Wikipedia, and advise others of how to ruin Wikipedia's credibility. Declined. Karmafist was already found to be using sockpuppets; he was banned and then unbanned. This account's activity dates before said events.
