Supporting evidence: Griffaw’s original contribution is
here. His first revert of an edit negative to the industry is
here.
Over here, he undoes the removal of a link he added. Then 68.189.203.46 appeared for the first time, and proceeded to
blank the entire Controversy section.
Rvallejo promptly
reverted the edit, only for 68.189.203.46 to
revert the reversion. 68.189.203.46’s
very next edit was to remove another statement negative of the industry. The same statement was reworded and added again, only to be
removed again by 68.189.203.46. I came in and made some edits to, IMHO, balance the article, only to have my edits
reverted by 68.189.203.46.
Compwhizii reverted the reversion, only for it to be
reverted again. I reverted the reversion of the reversion of the reversion (hope I got the number right :P), only for it to be reverted
yet again, this time by 24.182.146.232.
Neither IP has made any edits to articles other than
Rent to own. According to
MaxMind, they’re both from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Since it’s Griffaw’s edits they are maintaining, I strongly suspect they are IP socks of his. It looks like the only way to resolve this is to semi-protect the article. I’m
filing over at COI/N at the same time as I post this. All that should be needed is Griffaw’s town and ISP. —

Declined Griffaw is way too old to check. I think it's fair to conclude that IPs from the same area making the same edits are likely to be the same person. Hard to verify technically, though.
