General Mannino was blocked for a week for harrassing User:WikiDon, per this discussion on WP:ANI: Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Involved admin needs uninvolved admin assistance. After the block, Generale d'Armata Mannino was created earlier, and after the block further harrassed WikiDon, and issued a borderline death threat. I indefblocked General Mannino. However, he is claiming on his talk page that Generale d'Armata Mannino isn't him, and I sort of a little bit believe that is a remote possibility, and it could have been created by someone else to dig his grave deeper. MI General is an admitted sock of General Mannino, so I'm including it in case that helps. User:Metros has said in the ANI thread they would like to email the checkuser who's doing this; please contact him so he knows who's handling this. -- barneca ( talk) 22:35, 23 June 2008 (UTC) reply

Firstly,  Confirmed that General Mannino ( talk · contribs) = MI General ( talk · contribs). Generale d'Armata Mannino ( talk · contribs) is  Unrelated to either of these accounts.

 Confirmed - that WikiDon ( talk · contribs) = HoundDog23 ( talk · contribs) = Generale d'Armata Mannino ( talk · contribs). Note also that WikiDon has also been editing anonymously to evade detection but this does not warrant revealing per privacy policy

 Note: - I don't normally discuss sanctions or actions, as checkuser, but in this case I strongly recommend that General Mannino ( talk · contribs), the main account, have his indef block reduced significantly as he was blocked before the case was concluded, on the assumption that the third sock was his when it was actually WikiDon. Also, as WikiDon has been using multiple accounts abusively, he should also not evade some sanction especially as he was socking to implicate another editor who, admittedly, was also being abusive. I have reduced General Mannino's block to 6 days, that being the remainder of the original block for Personal attacks and the like.
