This edit, in the first line of the article, locates the Cave of the Patriarchs inside the Ibrahimi Mosque rather than in Judea. It also removes language about attacks "directed towards Jews in prayer." The language about Judea had previously been removed by FarQPwnsJoo ( talk · contribs) with the comment "cleanup" [2]. This edit was soon reverted by Guy Montag ( talk · contribs) [3]. The language "directed towards Jews in prayer" had been deleted by Marknorth ( talk · contribs) [4]. Marknorth also made the original change to the first line placing the location of the Cave inside the Mosque [5]. All of Marknorth's additions and changes were then reverted by Guy Montag with the comment "revert pov edit" [6]. Yuber then reverted with the comment "RV censoring of information" [7] (the edit offered as evidence). Jayjg ( talk · contribs) then reverted with the comment "restore pre edit-war version; work it out in talk: please" [8]. Yuber again reverted with the comment "RV, is there any NPOV reason for taking out the Arabic name of this place?" [9]. Jayjg reverted again with the comment "1. The Cave of the Patriarchs is not the mosque. 2. I'm trying to convince you to work through talk, not simply revert and edit war" [10]. Yuber again restored with the comment "You have not given a good reason for the removal of the Arabic placename" [11]. Jayjg then moved identification of the location from the first line to the last line in the paragraph and restored the language about attacks on Jews in prayer with the comment "there you go, Arabic names included for you. However, please not that the caves and mosque are not the same thing, and please stop removing allegations of attack." [12]. Guy Montag then reinserted indentification of the location as Judea into the first line and removed the identification of the location of the Cave as inside the Mosque from the end of the first paragraph to the beginning of the second paragraph with the comment "reinsterted geography" [13]. Guy Montag followed that up by a refactoring of the sentence with the comment "I reworded it to sound less "Zionist" and more geographical" [14]. And that was the end of it.
