User:Optim has been around as a registered user since August 31 and appears to be a useful, non-combative user. I dunno how to tell how many edits he has total, but 500 edits ago was December 11, so I would imagine it's plenty, and it includes edits to make articles conform to standards and such. Tuf-Kat
