Jiang has made about 1600 edits in 3 months, mostly on politics with continuous neutrality. When engaged in discussions, the Wikipedian responds or questions patiently with factual information and logical opinions derived from such sources.
FearÉIREANN, our resident expert and admin on English and Irish politics and history, can attest to Jiang's competence in areas of European royalty naming. Jiang has became progressively more involved in Wikipedia and have thus noticed a number of significant errors on WP, some of which can be corrected as a non-admin, but many others cannot. I could only help him with the articles I already watchlisted months ago, so whatever else assistance he requires, I would not know -- some of which may remain undiscovered for weeks, if not months by other admins. So, for his objectivity and knowledge, I nominate Jiang for administership. He can use it well. --
