This (Eter) spelling is neither correct nor popular, most likely a result of an OCR error. Most mentions of Eter on the Web are directly due to quoting Wikipedia articles. • Architectural destruction is a plausible search term for murder anyway.   Am home, and able to actually look stuff up lol. (Trying to edit and comment on the mobile app while looking up stuff is a PAIN, 0/10, would not recommend.) In any case, now that I can actually look stuff up, recommending Speedy Keep as per reason 1: Absence of Rationale.
