  • I would be very surprised if any US logo from that age is protected by copyright in the United States. Every document and sign containing the logo would have to carry a copyright notice. -- Stefan2 ( talk) 14:26, 12 September 2013 (UTC) reply
  • Its use is in a series of logos for the evolving advertising campaigns of Pizza Hut. If the article were to include content actually about the logos, we would at worst have a valid NFC case. As it stands, I don't see such content. DMacks ( talk) 14:33, 21 October 2013 (UTC) reply
  • Delete — It's unfortunate, but I think it has to go. If someone could find an old pre-1978 work that used this logo without a copyright notice, then yes, we could keep it. I did a search for scans of a pre-1978 Pizza Hut magazine advertisement containing this logo, but I came up empty. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the uploader to provide evidence that a work is free, whether by obtaining permission or showing that it is public domain. — RP88 ( talk) 17:52, 15 November 2013 (UTC) reply
