Highly doubt claim of being self-made, based on image quality, lack of camera data, and statement on uploader's userpage which would indicate that s/he was −1 years old when the picture was taken, assuming the image was taken the same year that the subject died. – Drilnoth ( T • C • L) 01:52, 29 July 2009 (UTC) reply

A standard publicity shot, credited to Trevor Leighton (a well-known professional photographer), who is highly unlikely to be the uploader who claims it is self-made. This image is uploaded under fair-use rationale. The fair use rationale may be used for a poster "to provide critical commentary on the film, event, etc. in question or of the poster itself, not solely for illustration." However, the fair use rationale provided is, "To illustrate the advertisements used for the event." otherl left 17:33, 29 July 2009 (UTC) reply

HELLO POLLY PARROT.
THE PHOTO IS SOURCED FROM MY COMPUTER . . . AND I'M THE SCARY GUY, AND HOLD ALL COPYRIGHTS TO ALL OF MY IMAGES.
THIS IMAGE WAS UPLOADED BY JREFEREE A WIKIPEDIA ADMIN ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AS HE ASKED ME TO E MAIL AN IMAGE TO HIM AND HE WOULD HELP ME BY PUTTING IT UP.
I ATTEMPTED TO UPDATE THE IMAGE YESTERDAY, HOWEVER I WAS UNCLEAR ABOUT HOW TO GO ABOUT IT.
SO THEN . . . MAYBE I LEFT SOMETHING OUT.
I COULD USE YOUR HELP . . . IF SOMETHING IS NOW INCORRECT ABOUT IT.
THANKS,
thescary1

POLLY HERE IS THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE AND UPLOAD DATA FROM JREFEREE A WIKI ADMIN: Hi Scary. I already was one step ahead of you in that I had already uploaded Image:Teachers TV cover.jpg before you uploaded Image:TVCOVER.jpg. Image:Teachers TV cover.jpg is in the Teachers' TV. I requested that Image:TVCOVER.jpg be deleted as being a duplicate image. It wouldn't have lasted long anyways since it had no license. As Wikipedia edicutation, you might want to see how I added Source, License, and Detalied Fair Use information for Image:Teachers TV cover.jpg. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Thescary1 ( talk • contribs) 11:00, 30 July 2009 (UTC) thescary1--Scary Guy 11:40, 30 July 2009 (UTC) reply
