A Google search shows that this image was originally posted to Flickr by Craig Nye, a professional photographer. Though the image has since been removed from Flickr, I note that Mr. Nye has numerous other photo sets from the same festival and they are all marked as ©. The uploader, User:LostLikeTearsInRain, has had numerous warnings over the past 3 months for uploading inappropriate images (images without source info, fair-use images without rationales, fair-use images of living persons & active bands, etc). He has done this with particular frequency for the infobox of the New Found Glory article, which is what this image is being used for. This past behavior makes me very suspicious of User:LostLikeTearsInRain's claim that he "created this work entirely by myself". Unless User:LostLikeTearsInRain is in fact Craig Nye, then he is not the creator of the image and does not have the right to license it as PD-self. I would ask Mr. Nye if this is the case, but I cannot find a means of contacting him through Flickr or through his blog (I'm not a Flickr member, perhaps membership is required in order to send a message). Source does not state any info about being a work of the U.S. Government or being in the public domain. According to the source, "My dad got the photos from the photographer and I just found them." – Dream out loud ( talk) 03:15, 2 April 2009 (UTC) reply
