Subject is extremely important, transcending several regions of New York, but it is not necessarily vital on a statewide level.
High
Subject is extremely notable, but only within a particular region of the state.
Mid
Subject is only notable within a particular metropolitan area or sub-region.
Low
Subject is not particularly notable or significant outside of the immediate county it serves.
Bottom
Subject is not particularly notable or significant outside of the immediate towns, villages, or cities it serves.
