The Justice Court was established to ensure officials use their powers justly. The Court maintains a Shameboard of officials who misuse their power or fail to discharge their duties. In other words, a way to hound admins who are doing their jobs correctly but are disliked by those who are not here to create an encyclopedia. We have procedures for dispute resolution, this is just designed to allow attacks on other users. Run by a self-appointed "Chief Magistrate" who has two edits to article space and created an RfA for himself on the day he arrived at Wikipedia. (

Delete just seems a complete waste of time (although obviously a fair bit of though went into its design!); we already have RfC, RfM, and RfAr. No need for a JC. --

Delete – I fear the organization whose purpose is to dispense "justice" via tribunal, especially when it is run by a self-appointed "magistrate" who "serves until death, resignation, or removal". –

Delete it like a hurricane, along with the other two pages listed above by Laurascudder. Also, issue a strong warning to whomever created them. Attempting to 'shame' other members of the community is not acceptable. --

Delete. It's a nice little bureaucratic setup, complete with various divisions, seats, titles to hand out, and a Generalissimo Chief Magistrate at the helm. Apart from the pretty window dressing, it really does nothing for this encyclopedia beyond what is already covered under Wikipedia's normal way of
resolving disputes. --

I'm torn between delete and tagging with {{
reallybadidea}} so people stop making these, but it seems that the people that make such things don't do research in the first place, so they wouldn't find that it is already a bad idea.

Delete I saw this when it was created and wanted to post the MfD, but was talked out of it. Shame, that. ~Kylu (
