The result of the discussion was tagged historical - functionally, it's difficult to accept a "it's not needed as a record" when people say "hey, I need that as a record".

Delete. Serves no purpose for the project, no longer used, and difficult for readers to use. It also contained a lot of red linked file names indicating that it is difficult to maintain and not true to the page name. --

Comment - My first reaction is to Mark as historic, but the page itself doen't show anything that might be of historic value. Is there anything historic inn the edit history? --

Delete or can tag historical if that's an option. I vaguely remember starting this, back when Wikipedia wasn't all about finding stuff to delete! There used to be a page of requested articles, and I believe a page that you'd transfer them onto when the article had been made. I thought it'd be good to have one about one for requested images too. It was in the days before everyone had access to a good quality digital camera, and there were still pretty mundane things that no-one had taken a photo of. I guess the red links remind us of how Wikipedia has changed.
