Seems unlikely to be useful - a project archive for a month when nothing was archived. Newer instances of this occurring at
Wikipedia:Featured article review/archive just have no link to a monthly archive page if nothing was archived, which seems to be the most effective way to go about this.

Comment from page creator: I'm fine with deleting the page. When I first got the deletion discussion notice, I didn't even remember why I created it in the first place. I did a little digging and found out that I created it to get rid of a red link when I was updating the featured article statistics page in October 2015 (see
[1]).

The red links will be a bit wonky in a way that works. Some of the zero entries for the demoted column at
WP:FAS are blue, because kept and delisted are both stored in the same file, so blue-linked 0s mean there was at least one Keep but no Delists, while red-linked 0s indicate no FAR activity at all for that month ... and I think that’s a good distinction to know.

To the closing admin, I was the creator of the last two, as I routinely set the page up at the beginning of the month; those pages were never used, so I can also just put a db-author on them. In fact, will do that now.
